Blogging Saves Lives!

So hellooooooo everyone! Actually I only know of two people that will for sure read this and that would be my roomie and my momma. But maybe, just maybe, others will follow!
I have been blogging for a while now..mainly on Myspace and Facebook but I found myself falling in line with everyone else and starting a blog of my own . I have been writing for quite a while...Something that I am proud to say I get from my Grandad, is a gift of being able to express thoughts, feelings, and views through the power of words. Ever since I was little poetry and books have been such a huge part of my life. I can remember my mom reading the Creamation of Sam McGee by Robert Service to me and I believe that is what sparked my interest in writing.

There are strange things done in the midnight sun

By the men who moil for gold;

The Arctic trails have their secret tales

That would make your blood run cold;

The Northern Lights have seen queer sights,

But the queerest they ever did see

Was that night on the marge of Lake Lebarge

I cremated Sam McGee.

.

I love writing. I love the way it makes me feel. Its therapy for me. Whether I am angry, hurt, happy or any thing else, I can express those emotions however I see fit. I blog about love, boys, heartbreak and I will swear this right now...Blogging has saved my sanity. It has saved my life. As more blogs are posted you will understand my method of madness a little more. I hope you come back to my page every now and then and check out all the crazy things that go on inside the mind of a 27 year old single female =-)
Until then folks, I'm out. Happy blogging!
